2025 Intake

Our ‘Melanoma Mates’ program is a one-on-one matching initiative that connects people affected by melanoma and non-melanoma skin cancer based on age, location and other circumstances.

We are currently still finalising the details of our 2025 intake, however, if you are interested please a moment to complete the form below so that we're able to connect you with the best possible match. More details about the matching process will be announced in early 2025, and every effort will be made to connect you with someone who best matched for you.

It is important to note that we may not be able to guarantee a match based on every single one of your preferences, however we will try our very best.
